What Is the Francophone Minority Communities Student Pilot?
The Francophone Minority Communities Student Pilot (FMCSP) is a federal immigration program designed to encourage French-speaking international students to study at participating designated learning institutions outside Quebec and permanently settle in Canada after graduation.
